兰州、上海学生体质健康状况比较研究

Comparative study on the students physical health status of Lanzhou and Shanghai

用文献法、数理统计法、比较法，对兰州，上海两地13～18岁学生的体质健康状况进行统计学分析。结果表明：兰州，上海两地13～18岁学生体质健康状况存在地区性差异，主要表现在：（1）身体形态：上海学生平均体重大于兰州学生体重，说明上海市中学生营养状况优于兰州．也反映出发达地区生活质量和社会经济发展水平高于欠发达地区。（2）身体机能和身体素质：肺活量评价等级两市有较大差距。反映身体素质的三项指标实心球、50m跑，中长跑的评价等级兰州市均低于上海，而且差距明显。

Statistical analysis on physical health of Lanzhou and Shanghai 13--18 years old students by documentation methods, statistical and comparison methods.The results shows that there are regional differences in physical health between Lanzhou and Shanghai 13--18 years old students.mainly in the：（1）body shape：Shanghai students＇average weight is greater than the students＇ in Lanzhou.It shows that the nutritional status of Shanghai middle school students is over in Lanzhou,and the quality of life and socio--economic development in developed areas is higher than less--developed areas.（2）physical function and physical fitness：The vital capacity difference is larger between the two citieslthe three indicators reflecting the physical quality,solid sphere,the 50--meter run,and middle distance evaluation levels in Lanzhou are lower than Shanghai significantly.
