随着时代的发展、社会的进步,竞技健美操运动越来越为人们所接受,竞技健美操中成套创编在比赛中所处的地位也越来越重要。本文采用对新周期规则进行逻辑推理等方法对竞技健美操的成套动作创编存在的主要问题进行浅析,为提高我国竞技健美操的创编水平提出几点对策与建议。

With the development of the times and the progress of the society, the competitive aerobics is accepted by people more and more, competitive aerobics in sets in the game by creating a more and more important role. In this paper a new cycle of rule reasoning method of Competitive Aerobics composition of complete set of movements in the main problems for analysis, to improve our competitive aerobics teaching level put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
