血清肌钙蛋白T、BNP和hs-CRP在急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死中的水平改变意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血清肌钙蛋白T、血浆B型钠尿肽、超敏C反应蛋白在急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死中的水平改变意义。方法选择该院非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者共120例,作为观察组。同时选择到该院体检的健康者50例,作为对照组。测定所选对象的血清肌钙蛋白T、血浆B型钠尿肽、超敏C反应蛋白水平。结果观察组清肌钙蛋白T水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血浆B型钠尿肽水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组超敏C反应蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清肌钙蛋白T、血浆B型钠尿肽、超敏C反应蛋白水平在急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者中显著升高,有助于急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死诊断和判断其预后。 Objective To explore the significance of the level change of serum troponin T, plasma B type natriuretic peptide(BNP) and hs-CRP in non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction. Methods 120 cases with non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy cases underwent health ex- amination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The level of serum troponin T, plasma B type natriuretic peptide and high sensitivity C reactive protein were detected in two groups. Results The level of serum troponin T in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); The level of B type natriuretic peptide in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant(P〈0.05); The level of high sensitivity C reactive protein in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum troponin T, plasma B type natriuretic peptide, and high sensitivity C reactive protein were significantly elevated in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarc- tion, and which contribute to the diagnosis and prognosis of non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction.
