摘要
研究了聚丙烯的分子量、分子量分布、纺丝温度和纺丝速度等因素对聚丙烯纤维结构和性能的影响,结果表明上述因素主要是通过卷绕丝的结构形成来影响其性能的。纤维的力学性质不能简单地通过双折射来归一化,而是与纤维的结晶形态有密切的关系,表现出相当的复杂性,次晶结构和α-晶型卷绕丝的力学性质有显著的差别。
The effects of MM, MMD, spinning temperature and take-up velocity on the structure and mechanical properties of as-spun fibers have been studied. It is shown that all these factors affect the property of as-spun fiber mainly through the structure formation of as-spun fibers during spinning. The mechanical property of as-spun fiber can not be simply normilized using birefringence alone. Whether the as-spun fiber is in a-crystalline form or smectic form, the mechanical properties of the fiber show significant differences.
