满拉工程是国家援藏 6 2项工程中最大的一项 ,位于西藏自治区日喀则地区江孜县境内的年楚河上游 .工程以灌溉、发电为主 ,兼有防洪、旅游等综合效益 .水库正常蓄水位为 42 5 6 .0 0 m,总库容为 1.5 5亿 m3,为大 (2 )型工程 ,电站总装机容量为 2 0 MW.工程主要由拦河坝、泄洪洞、发电引水隧洞及发电厂房等 4部分组成 ,拦河坝为土心墙堆石坝 ,最大坝高 76 .3m.工程建成后 ,可增加灌溉面积 1.6 9万 hm2 ,多年平均发电量为 0 .6 1亿 k W· h。
This paper tells us about the scale and the function of Manla Hydrocomplex. It also describes the hydrologic and geologic conditions in the area of the project. The main section of the paper is to describe the buildings of Manla Hydrocomplex and their general layout. Manla Multi purpose Hydrocomplex is located on Nianchu River in Rikeze district of Tibet and it is the largest project in the history of Tibet. The project will be mainly used for power generation and irrigation, and it also has other uses, such as flood control and tourism. The total capacity of the reservoir is 1.55×10 8 m 3. The total installed capacity of the power station is 20 MW and its average annual energy output is 6 100×10 4 kW·h. The project will increase irrigation area 1.69×10 4 hm 2 and it will play an important role in the development of industry, agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet.
