环糊精在聚乙烯中的分散及薄膜吹制

DISPERSION OF B-CYCLODEXTRIN INCLUSION COMPOUND IN POLYETHYLENE AND MAKE ITS BLOWN FILM

摘要 采用气流粉碎和表面处理等方法,将经过包合反应的β-环糊精(β-CD)掺混到聚乙烯中,获得了分散均匀、性能良好的薄膜材料。研究结果表明:用硬脂酸、松香等表面处理剂对β-CD进行表面处理,不仅能使填料在膜中分散均匀,而且可使其成膜后粒径减少近一半,从而获得了重要的应用中。 It is well known that cyclodextrin (CD) can form inclusion compound with many kinds of drugs and improve the physical and chemical properties of the drugs.Unfortunately the inclusion compound has polarity and it easily crystallize. It can absorb moisture and cake. The inclusion compound caked can not be dispersed well in polyethylene film. It must be spraied and surface treated. The inclusion compound caked reduced its grain size nearly by half through the surface treatment agent and other methods then to use it make for fresh keeping film. Surface treatment of the inclusion compound and its dispersion methods in film nare studied through TG, DSC, X-ray diffraction, TEM...in this paper.
