药物联合护理干预措施预防治疗维持性血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进临床观察

Drugs combined with nursing intervention measures for prevention and treatment of maintenance hemodialysis clinical observation of secondary hyperparathyroidism patients

目的：观察药物联合护理干预预防与治疗血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年2月～2012年6月我院收治的55例维持性血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进，对其采取药物联合护理干预措施，观察其临床疗效。结果：药物联合护理干预治疗前后患者iPTH、钙、磷离子浓度及钙磷乘积变化比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且治疗后iPTH、磷离子浓度显著降低、血钙水平升高，患者的病情比较稳定。结论：采用药物联合护理干预措施预防治疗血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进具有显著的临床疗效，值得临床推广与应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combined nursing intervention in prevention and treatment of hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism. Methods： in 2010 February -2012 year in June in our hospital, 55 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism, take drugs combined with nursing intervention on them, to observe its clinical curative effect. Results： the drug combined with nursing intervention before and after treatment in patients with iPTH, calcium, phosphorus and calcium phosphorus product ion concentration changes, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, increased iPTH, phosphate concentration decreased significantly after treatment, serum calcium levels and, the patient＇s condition is stable. Conclusion： the drug combined with nursing intervention measures for prevention and treatment of blood dialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism has significant clinical efficacy, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
