摘要
详细探讨了丙烯酸改性聚氨酯(Polyurcthane acrylates,PUA)的合成条件及其影响因素,由此找到了最佳合成条件井合成了一系列不同结构的PUA。同时,还系统地考察了PUA的结构、活性稀释剂、光引发体系等对紫外光固化过程的影响。
This paper presented a systematic research of the synthesis of ultrovioiet cro-sslinkable polyurethane acrylatcs and their photocuring behavious. The authors suggested that the key point of the synthesis of polyurethane acrylatcs lies in how to achieve the comlete reaction between hydroxy group in polycthers (r component) and isccyanate group in aB additive products together with the lowest lost of carbon double bond in polyurethane acrylatesoligomers, A series of polyurethane acrylates with different molecular structure was synthesized at the most suitable reaction condition obtained from the above studies, the dependences of molecular structure of polyur-ethane acrylates, types and contents of reactive diluents and photoinitiators on photocuring processes were also investigated.
