摘要
借助FT-IR、元素分析和X射线衍射等手段对聚苯胺的掺杂以及掺杂产物的结构与性能进行了研究。发现聚苯胺的掺杂是按质子转移机制进行的,只有用酸性强、稳定性好的质子酸作掺杂剂才能获得高导电性的掺杂产物。聚苯胺的掺杂受pH值的影响很大。适当的热处理可提高盐酸掺杂的聚苯胺的结晶度,但温度高于160℃时,对掺杂态聚苯胺的结构和导电性有显著影响。
The doping of polyaniline and the structure and properties of the doped product have been studied by means of FT-IR, elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, etc.It is found that the doping process is a proton transfer process and product with high conductivity can be obtained only if the protonic acid with intense acidity and good stability is used as dopant. The doping of polyaniline is affected remarkably by the pH.The crystallinity of the polyaniline doped with HC1 can be increased by heat treatment at proper temperature, but the structure and conductivity of the doped polyaniline are affected remarkably after the temperature surpasses 160℃.
