口腔感染特点分析及预防对策

Characteristics of oral infections and prevention countermeasures

目的探讨口腔感染的主要特点并提出预防对策。方法对医院口腔科的感染情况进行分析,总结口腔感染的主要特点,寻找有效预防措施。结果口腔感染的原因,部分医务人员无菌观念不强、消毒隔离意识淡漠、容易发生严重污染,患者传染病不明确、口腔器械消毒灭菌不彻底、存在空气传播、特殊废弃物污染等。结论为降低口腔感染的发生率,应在了解口腔感染特点的基础上,采取针对性预防,并加强医务人员的卫生安全意识,提高消毒灭菌效果。

OBJECTIVE To explore the main characteristics of oral infections and put forward prevention countermeasures.METHODS The incidence of oral infections in department of stomatology was observed,the main characteristics of the oral infections were summarized,and the effective prevention measures were proposed.RESULTS The causes of the oral infections in the department of stomatology included the poor awareness of disinfection of the medical personnel,insensitiveness of disinfection and isolation,serious pollution,uncertainty of infectious diseases,incomplete sterilization of oral instruments,airborne transmission,and contamination of special wastes. CONCLUSIONTo reduce the incidence of oral infections,it is necessary to take targeted prevention measures based on the understanding of the characteristics of oral infections,intensify the health and safety awareness of the medical personnel,and improve the effect of disinfection.
