消毒供应中心集中管理对医院感染控制的成效

Effect of centralized management on control of nosocomial infections in central sterile supply department

目的探讨消毒供应中心中实施集中管理对医院感染控制的效果,从而提高管理的质量。方法采取回顾性方法对医院2010年消毒供应室实施集中管理与2009年未实施集中管理的医院感染情况进行对比分析,比较实施前后医院感染率和器械清洗合格率。结果通过对实施前后的比较,2009年器械清洗合格率为96.0%,2010年器械清洗合格率为100.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.24,P<0.05);2009年医院感染率为9.3%,2010年医院感染率为6.7%,2010年医院感染率明显低于2009年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心实施集中式管理能够有效地提高管理质量及管理水平,并控制和降低医院感染。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of centralized management on control of nosocomial infections in central sterile supply department（CSSD）so as to improve the quality of management.METHODS By means of retrospective survey,the incidence of nosocomial infections in the CSSD was compared between 2010 when the centralized management was implemented and 2009 when the centralized management was not implemented,then the incidence of nosocomial infections and the qualified rate of cleaning of instruments were compared between before and after the implementation of centralized management.RESULTS Through the contrast,the qualified rate of cleaning of instruments was 96.0% in 2009,100.0% in 2010,the difference was significant（χ2=7.24,P0.05）;the incidence of nosocomial infections in 2010 was 6.7%,significantly lower than 9.3% in 2009,the difference was significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The implementation of centralized management in CSSD can effectively improve the quality of management and control the nosocomial infections.
