唐山市城镇未成年人住院率及其影响因素研究

Study on Hospitalization Rate and Its Influencing Factors among the Minors in Tangshan

目的:了解唐山市城镇未成年人的住院率并分析其影响因素,为规范未成年人卫生服务利用提供政策建议。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样法,抽取唐山市2个区,分别为路北区、路南区;使用统一的调查问卷进行入户调查;并对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果:调查地区未成年人年住院率为80.76‰,其中非城中村为82.13‰,城中村为74.07‰。从疾病系统别来看,排在前5位的依次为呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤和中毒、传染病、皮肤和皮下组织疾病。结论:应加强未成年人常见疾病的治疗与预防,注重未成年人性别、年龄、参保类型、家庭收入等因素对卫生服务利用的影响,并采取相应措施,降低住院率。

Objective ： To understand the hospitalization rate of the minors in Tangshan City Province and explore the influencing factors of that, in order to provide policy recommendations to regulate urban minor child health services utilization. Methods： Using multi - stage stratified cluster sampling to extract two District of Tangshan City, Lubei District, Lunan and uniformed questionnaire for the household survey and analyzed the data by descriptive statistical analysis. Result： The annual hospitalization rate of the surveyed area is 80.76%0, and that of non - urban villages and villages are r6spectively 82.13 %o and 74.04 %0. From the view of disease system, the former five followed by respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, injury and poisoning, infectious disease, skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases. Conclusion： We should focus on the impact of factors on the utilization of health services, such as family income, the insurance type, age, gender and so on. And take appropriate measures to reduce the rate of hospitalization.
