超微玉米秸秆光合产氢响应面法优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了优化超微生物质秸秆产氢工艺,提高产氢能力,对影响超微生物质秸秆光合产氢的主要因素进行正交试验研究,获得温度、光照、底物浓度、接种量四因素与产氢量的数学模型,并进行两因素的交互效应分析,发现各因素的边际产量均减小,温度对边际产量的影响最大,温度越大,边际产量越低;在交互作用中,温度、光照的交互作用最大,其次是温度和底物浓度;采用Matlab软件编程计算得出产氢量最高时各因素最优组合为温度33℃,光照强度3500lx,接种量25%,底物浓度55g/L。 Influencing factors of ultramicro straw photosynthetic bacteria hydrogen production was studied by orthogonal test, by which mathematical model between four factors and hydrogen production was got, and two factors and three factors interactions were analyzed. The results showed that marginal production all decrease, and the influence of temperature on the marginal production was the largest. The interaction between temperature and illumination was the largest, followed by interaction between temperature and substrate concentration. According to matlab software, 33℃ temperature, 35001x illumination, 25% inoculation and 55g/L substrate concentration was optimalizing for the photosynthetic bacteria hydrogen production with ultramicro straw. This study provided a reference on process improvement and equipment optimization design of ultramicro straw hydrogen production.
