摘要
农产品的介电特性与其内部品质密切相关。为了探索樱桃番茄内在品质及贮藏特性介电参数之间的相关性,依据介电特性检测原理,构建了无损检测系统,对电学检测的频率特性和电压特性进行初步研究,测量了番茄糖酸度及贮藏过程中品质变化相关的介电参数,包括等效阻抗Z、串联等效电阻Rs、损耗系数D、串联等效静电容量Cs、导纳Y等,并对测量数据用Excel进行分析和曲线拟合。结果表明:糖、酸度的与介电参数没有明显的相关性;随着番茄贮藏新鲜度的降低,D和Y均呈下降趋势,并具有显著地相关性,可为番茄贮藏过程中品质变化分析提供参考。
