摘要 液相色谱、气相色谱和光谱分析技术是分析蔬菜是否受污染的常规分析方法,但这些方法样品前处理较为复杂,分析程序繁琐。激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术可快速分析植物样品、无需繁琐的样品前处理过程。蔬菜中叶绿素荧光强度处于一定水平范围内,而蔬菜一旦受重金属污染,叶绿素荧光强度将发生改变。本研究采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术分析蔬菜受重金属污染后叶绿素荧光强度的变化,建立了基于激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术的蔬菜重金属污染评价方法,进一步为进出口蔬菜的监管提供方法学和技术理论基础。 The technology of liquid chromatography, gas chromatography and spectral analysis is the conventional analysis method of vegetable pollution, but the sample preparation of these methods is complex and the analysis program is tedious. The plant samples can be analyzed rapidly with the technique of laser scanning confocal microscopy, which need not the tedious sample pretreatment process. The chlorophyll fluorescence intensity in vegetables is in a certain level range. Once vegetables are polluted by some heavy metals, the fluorescence intensity will change. In this study, the change of chlorophyll fluorescence intensity in the polluted vegetables was investigated with the laser scanning confocal microscope. The evaluation method of heavy metal pollution in vegetables was established based on the technology of laser scanning confocal microscope. The methodology and theoretical basis were further provided for the supervision of import and export of vegetables.
