摘要
探索认知行为干预在食品质量安全管理中的应用。选择青岛地区某一农贸市场食品生产加工经营从业人员60例,采用随机分配原则分为两组。对照组只调查、不干预。干预组对食品生产加工经营从业人员实施认知行为干预,干预后120天内进行随机调查,对调查结果进行评估。干预组食品生产加工经营从业人员规范化程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对食品生产加工经营从业人员实施有效的认知行为干预能有效地提高食品质量安全管理水平。
Research the application of cognitive behavior intervention from the perspective of FQS management. Divide the 60 workers who work on food production in farmers' market by randomly assigning. Matched group was in charge of survey. Treatment group was responsible for cognitive behavior intervention of the workers and estimating the findings after 120 days' random searching. Treatment group was much standardized than matched group (P〈0.05). Cognitive behavior intervention of the workers who work on food production contributes significantly to FQS management.
