应用旋流萃取技术处理电脱盐污水中试研究 被引量:9

摘要 在不同处理量和操作条件下,考察了电脱盐切水采用旋流萃取技术后的除油效果。在含盐污水达到排放标准的前提下,筛选出了适宜的操作条件。试验结果表明:采用旋流萃取技术可提高电脱盐污水排放达标率,减少对污水处理场的冲击;并能大量减少污油的产生,消除污油的存储压力,降低原油加工损失率及综合加工成本。 The paper studied the degreasing effect of the electric desalting sewage by appli- cation of the swirl extraction technology under different water amount treatment and operation conditions. Under the basic premise of the discharge of salt containing sewage meeting related standard requirements, optimum operation condition was selected. The experiments showed that discharge standard - meeting rate of the electric desalting sewage could be raised, concussion on sewage treatment field and production amount of the contaminated oil could be decreased, stor- age pressure of the contaminated oil could be eliminated, and processing loss rate and overall processing cost could be reduced by adopting the swirl extraction technology.
