摘要
分析中国石油大庆炼化公司硫磺回收装置烟气中SO2超标原因,并提出解决方案。通过更换催化剂并采用催化剂级配装填技术、使用低温克劳斯尾气加氢催化剂、优化反应操作条件、调整吸收塔操作等措施,烟气中SO2浓度由调整前的2 000 mg/m3左右降至600 mg/m3以下,硫回收率由原来的92.5%提高到98.7%,实现环保达标。
This paper analyzed the causes of bO2 off - gas discharge over standard on the sulfur recovery unit of PetroChina Daqing Refining & Chemical Branch Company, and gave the solution project. SO2 concentration of the off - gas was decreased from 2 000 mg/m3 to 600 rag/ m3, sulfur recovery yield was increased from 92.5% to 98.7% and environmental emission standards were met after the execution of the following measures, such as exchanging catalyst and adopting catalyst graduation & filling technology, using low temperature claus tail gas hy- drogenation catalyst, optimizing the reaction operation condition, adjusting operation of the ab- sorption tower and etc..
