摘要
剖析镇海炼化Ⅰ焦化装置加工损失构成,提出通过优化含油污水处理工艺可有效降低污水中的污油含量、结合操作优化及技术改造可降低不凝气损失、通过优化冷焦操作降低污水中氨氮和硫化物流失、结合长周期运行和密闭吹扫减少开停工损失、增上冷焦水罐和重污油罐油气密闭回收设施等,使装置加工损失大幅度降低。
This paper analyzed processing loss component of No. 1 delayed coking unit of SINOPEC ZhenHai Refining and Chemical Branch Company, and decreased greatly the process- ing loss by the following measures, such as optimizing treatment process of oily wastewater to re- duce waste oil content in the wastewater, combining operation optimization and technology re- vamp to reduce non -condensable gas loss, optimizing cold coke operation to reduce outflow of the ammonia nitrogen and sulfide, combining long period operation and closed sweeping to re- duce stoppage loss, adding cold coke water tank and gas sealing recovery device on heavy waste oil tank and etc.
