辛醇产品硫酸色度偏高原因分析及对策

摘要 针对齐鲁丁辛醇装置辛醇产品硫酸色度不达标的生产瓶颈,从工艺、设备、原料等方面进行研究,最终通过控制气相加氢反应器进料中的C12不饱和缩聚物含量,保证了辛醇线满负荷稳定运行,解决了辛醇产品硫酸色度高的难题。 The paper aimed at the production bottleneck problem that sulphuric acid colou- rity of the octanol product couldn"t meet the standard in Qilu butyl alcohol unit. Studied from process, devices and crude material and etc. , full load and stable running of the oetanol pro- duction line was ensured by controlling C12 unsaturated polycondensate content in feedstock of the gas phase hydrogenation convertor, and the problem of octanol product with high sulphuric acid colourity was solved.
