摘要
针对承钢LF炉因钢水可浇性差造成生产中断的问题,分析了水口堵塞物的化学成分、形成原因。通过采取加强转炉出钢操作、测量渣层厚度和定氧、优化精炼渣成分、控制铝钙比等措施,钢水的可浇性明显改善,钢中的夹杂物数量和形态得到有效控制。
To solve the problem of bad cast ability of molten steel in LF furnace, which causes break down of production, it is analyzed the chemical composition and forming reason for the nozzle plugging material. By strengthening tapping operation, measuring slag layer thickness and regulating oxygen, optimizing refining slag composition and controlling aluminum - calcium ratio, the cast ability gets obviously improved, the quantity and morphology of inclusion in steel effectively controlled.
