摘要
介绍了石钢三轧厂加热炉在加热60Si2MnA弹簧钢时存在的缺陷。为了减小Φ20~42 mm60Si2MnA弹簧钢的脱碳层深度,进行了加热工艺参数调整,根据用风量调整炉内氧化性气氛,调节烧嘴轴向风和切向风的比例等试验,使Φ20~42 mm 60Si2MnA弹簧钢脱碳检验的一次合格率,稳步提高,达到96.0%,提高了产品质量。
It is introduced the defects of 60Si2MnA spring steel when heated in heating furnace. To reduce the depth of decarburization in φ 20 to 42 mm 60Si2MnA spring steel, the heating process parameters are adjus ted, tests are conducted to adjust furnace oxidation atmosphere according to air quantity, adjust the ratio be tween axial wind and tangential wind of burner, and so the primary inspection qualified rate of decarburiza tion of the steel gets gradually improved, reaches 96.0%.
