摘要
介绍了采用辉光放电光谱法测定超薄钢板中各元素含量的试验方法。对辉光光谱仪的光源参数和分析参数的设定进行了研究,建立了辉光放电光谱分析法同时测定超薄板材中C、Si、Mn、P、S、Ni、Cr、Mo、Cu、Al元素含量的分析方法,该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,可应用于企业中大量的检化验工作中。
It is introduced the test method to determine contents of various elements in ultra thin steel sheet with glow discharge optical emission spectrograph. It is researched how to set the optical source parameters and analysis parameters for the spectrograph, established the analysis method to determine in one time the contents of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu, A1 in ultra thin steel sheet with glow discharge optical emis sion spectrometry. The method has excellent accuracy and precision, can be applied in large - scale chemical examination in business production.
