摘要
介绍了宣钢焦化厂二炼焦焦炭运输系统打滑开关的使用状况,分析了皮带机原打滑保护装置存在的缺陷。针对存在的问题,采用DCS与接近开关制作了皮带机打滑保护装置,该装置动作可靠,提高了设备的作业率。
It is introduced the utilization of slip - preventing switch in coke conveying system, analyzed the defect in the original slip protect device. To solve the existing problem a new device is made with DCS and proximity switch. The new slip -preventing device operates reliably.
