摘要
开发干部考核ASP.NET动态网站系统,应用动态网页技术,开发了宣钢第二钢轧厂干部绩效考核系统。该系统的应用,大大提高了干部绩效考核的工作效率,提高了考核结果的准确性、真实性、公正性、科学性,能够更真实地反映出每位干部的工作绩效。
The cadre performance evaluation system is developed with active server page (ASP. NET) tech nique. With it the cadre performance evaluation efficiency gets greatly higher, the accuracy, realness, fair ness and scientificity of the review improved.
