为得到H-矩阵的一个简捷判别方法,首先将Ostrowski对角占优矩阵的概念推广到广义Ostrowski对角占优矩阵.结合不等式的放缩技巧,得到了判别非奇异H-矩阵的一个判定方法.从而改进和推广了相应的结果,并给出相应的数值例子说明结果的有效性.
