杜梨绿枝扦插快速繁殖的研究

Study on Green branch Cutting Rapid Propagation of “P.betulaefolia Bge.”

采用当年生杜梨新梢为插条 ,用不同激素和浓度处理后分别插于不同基质中培养。试验结果表明 ,IBA和 NAA对促进杜梨生根均有一定效果 ,以 40 0～ 80 0mg/L IBA效果最好 ,成活率达 83.3%。

The annual branch tip of “P.betulaefolia Bge” was cutting rapid propagation.Green branch with different hormone and concentration treatment was inserted culture in different kinds of medium.The results showed that IBA and NAA promoted “P.betulaefolia Bge.” rooting were all effect.800 mgL -1 IBA effect was the best of all treatment.The survival rate was 83.3%.Green branch cutting could use rapid propagation clonal rootstock seedling of “P.belulaefolia Bge” in the same growth.
