摘要
分别以聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)和氯化聚乙烯(CPE)为相容剂,研究相容剂种类和用量对氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)/锦纶(PA)12共混体系微观结构、物理性能和热力学性能的影响。结果表明:与CPE相比,PP-g-MAH对CIIR/PA12共混体系的增容效果较为显著,且当PP-g-MAH用量为10份时,CIIR/PA12共混体系的相态结构和综合物理性能达到最佳。
The influence of compatibilizers on the structure and properties of CIIR/PA12 blend was investigated in this paper. The compatibilizers were polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride (PP-g- MAH) and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). Compared with CPE,PP-g-MAH showed better compati- bilization effect on CIIR/PA12 blend,and the optimum addition level of PP-g-MAH was 10 phr.
