基于席夫碱结构的香豆素类荧光探针的合成及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以3-甲酰基-7-二乙胺基香豆素和2-氨基烟酸为原料,合成了一种席夫碱结构的香豆素类荧光探针,该合成方法简单,收率较高,产物易提纯。研究结果表明,当往探针中加入Cu2+时,探针的荧光强度急剧升高,而加入其他金属离子时,探针的荧光强度变化较小,Cu2+浓度在0—5.0×10^-4mol/L范围内,探针的荧光强度随着Cu^2+溶度的增大而增强。 A novel eoumarin fluorescent probe was synthesized based on 3-methyl acyl-7-diethylamine coumarin and 2-amino-nicotinic. The productivity was high and the product was easily to be purified. It was found that the compound had high fluorescence selectivity for Cu2+. When the concentration of Cu2+ was in the range of 0 -5.0 × 10-4 mol/L,the fluores- cence of the compound was enhanced along with the concentration of Cu2+ increased.
