聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的合成及其工艺条件探索 被引量:4

摘要 选择浓度为60%的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为反应单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,乙二胺四乙酸二钠为助剂,通过逐渐滴加单体与引发剂的方法进行聚合反应,合成了絮凝剂标题化合物。探索了合成的最佳工艺条件,并对合成的目标产物进行了红外光谱、核磁氢谱表征。研究结果表明,合成产物具有较高的粘度(1 479 cp)与分子量,转化率高(89%),采用工艺切实可行、易于操作。 Polydimethyldiallylammonium (PDMDAAc) was synthesized with polymerization of dimethyldiallylammonium chloride as monomer,ammonium persulphate(APS) as initiator,Na4EDTA as chelating agent,using the methods of adding monomer and initiator solution drop by drop. The optimum conditions were discussed, and the target products were confirmed by FT-IR, 1HNMR. The results indicated that the polymer showed good viscosity, high molecular weight and conversation. It is feasible to produce polydimethyldiallyammonium material by using this method.
