从脾论治老年肾病综合征体会 被引量：7

摘要 肾病综合征以大量蛋白尿、高脂血症和低蛋白血症为诊断依据，以水肿为主要临床表现，属中医“水肿”范畴。由于老年人体质虚弱，肾穿风险增大，且多为膜性肾病，免疫治疗不敏感及不良反应增多，使放弃激素及细胞毒药物治疗而选择中医治疗的患者增多。《素问·至真要大论篇》云：“诸湿肿满，皆属于脾。”
