针刺配合放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例

40 cases of Acupuncturing Lumbar Jiaji(Ex-B2) and Blood Letting for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨针刺配合放血腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组采用针刺配合放血腰夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法治疗,治疗一个月后,将两组治疗前后所得的数据,分别进行统计学处理,得出结论。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.2%,对照组总有效率为70.4%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合放血腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效好,是一种既节省患者就医时间,又节省医疗资源的良好方法。

Objective： The research aims to study the clinical effects on patients of lumbar disc herniation by acupuncturing lumbar Jiaji （Ex-B2） and blood letting. Methods： 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatmen! group and control group, each group includ- ing 40 cases. The treatment group was treated by acupuncturing lumbar Jiaji （Ex-B2） and blood letting, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. After a month of treatment, data obtained from the two groups before and after treatment were statistically processed and got the results. Results： the total effective rate was 95.2% in the treatment group, while 70.4% in the control group, so there was significant differ- ence （P 〈0.05） between total effective rates of the two groups. Conclusion： acupuneturing lumbar Jiaji （Ex-82） and blood letting are good ways to treat lumbar disc herniation, which can save both patients＇ time and medical resources.
