摘要
目的:探讨耳穴改善血管性痴呆(VascularDementia,VD)大鼠学习记忆障碍的反应机制。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为3组:正常组,模型组,耳针组,采用4-血管阻断(4-Vesselocclusion,4-VO)全脑缺血再灌注制备VD大鼠模型,Y-型迷宫检测各组大鼠学习记忆能力,SABC法检测大脑信号转导和转录激活子1(STAT1)阳性细胞的表达。结果:耳针能显著降低模型鼠大脑皮质的信号转导和转录激活子1(STAT1)免疫阳性细胞数,升高其平均光密度值(P<0.05)。结论:耳针能减少或抑制STAT1的过度产生,改善VD模型大鼠学习记忆。
Objective: To study the mechanism of auricular acupuncture for improvement of learning and memory disorders in the rat of vascular dementia (VD) . Methods: Male wistar 30 rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, model group,ear acupuncture group,the vascular dementia model of rat was performed by 4-vesselocclusion method, learning and memory abilities of rats in 3 groups were evaluated with Y-type were test. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of STAT1. Results: Auricular needling could lower significantly the STAT1 immunoreaetive neurons and higher its average light density in cerebral cortex in model rat (P〈0.05).Conclusion: Auricular needling could reduce or inhibit the over-production STAT1 in brain, improving the learning and memory capacity of VD model rats.
