基于循证医学思维应用PBL教学法提高中医内科研究生科研素质的实践与评价 被引量:17

摘要 目的:基于循证医学思维,探讨应用PBL教学法在培养中医内科研究生科研素质的教学效果与评价。方法:观察我校2011级、2012级中医内科学研究生24人,基于循证医学思维在科研选题、撰写研究报告和论文方面应用PBL教学模式,采用问卷调查形式就查阅文献、学习兴趣、分析解决问题能力、对专业现状与动态了解情况等方面对研究生进行调查,在PBL教学法结束后发放问卷调查及评价效果。结果:PBL教学模式使研究生查阅文献能力得到提高,学习主动性和兴趣得到充分调动,78%以上的研究生认为PBL教学模式对自身分析解决问题能力、对本专业知识动态了解和个人临床科研综合素质的提高有极大帮助,近80%的研究生对于PBL教学模式在科研工作中的作用给予了充分肯定。结论:与传统教学相比较,PBL教学法结合循证医学思维模式更能调动学生自主学习的兴趣,增强学生的中医科研思维能力。 objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of problem-based learning in educating postgraduate student' s research ability on the basis of a thinking method of evidence-based medicine.Methods:Twenty-four postgraduate students in internal medicine of TCM were chose.A questionnaire is conducted for collecting data in literature research and learning interest as well as analyze problem and professional dynamics on the basis of PBL mixed with EBM.Results:PBL can enhance students' literature search ability and improve their learning initiative.About seventy-eight percent students hold that PBL is help to improve the ability to analyze and solve problems and self clinical Scientific literacy . Approximated eighty percent students believe that the effectiveness of PBL in scientific research. Conclusion:PBL is superior to LBL in developing the students self- study ability and strengthening the students research ability and creative thinking of TCM.
