醋化醋杆菌产乙醇脱氢酶发酵培养基的优化

摘要 采用单因素及正交试验对醋化醋杆菌产乙醇脱氢酶的发酵培养基进行优化,以期提高菌株产乙醇脱氢酶的水平。结果表明,培养基最优配方为:葡萄糖1%,酵母浸膏2%,乙醇3%,MgSO40.05%,KH2PO40.45%。在此优化条件下,菌株培养3 d产酶达到最大,为0.423 U/mL。 The fermentation medium of alcohol dehydrogenase produced from acetobacter aceti was opti- mized by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments to increase the strains ' activity of produ- cing alcohol dehydrogenase. The results showed that the optimal formula was glucose 1%, yeast extract 2%, ethanol 3%, MgSO4 0.05 % , KH2PO4 0.45%. Under the above condition, the enzyme activity was 0. 423 U/mL after fermentation for 3 days.
