大学城提升计划中城中村改造问题研究——以北亭村为例

Study on Urban Village Transformation in HEMC Promotion Plan——A Case Study of Beiting Village

为实现广州大学城提升计划的中期目标,在走访和实地调查的基础上,分析了广州大学城北亭村的现状和改造难点,针对周围环境对其改造需求迫切和高度依赖等特点,提出了以保障村民利益、村民经济可持续发展能力和提供高校教师住房为主的多元化改造建议与改造模式,对北亭村的改造能够保障村民和村集体、高校和教师、租户和潜在租户、房地产开发商及政府等相关群体的利益,并令改造的社会效益最大化。

In order to achieve the medium term target of the HEMC promotion plan, after interview and investigation, this paper analyzes the status and transformation difficulties of Belting village in HEMC. Aiming at the urgent need for the Beiting village transformation, this paper puts forward a proposal to ensuring the interests and the ability of e- conomic sustainable development of villagers and providing housing to teachers. This proposal can support group in- terests, like villagers and the village collective, universities and teachers, tenants and prospective tenants, real estate developers and the government etc. And also can maximize the social benefits of transformation.
