摘要
采用金属原位分析仪(OPA-100)对国内某厂同浇次不同浇铸阶段(开浇头坯、正常坯、浇铸末期尾坯)的IF钢铸坯表层非金属夹杂物含量及夹杂物粒径分布进行了研究分析。结果表明:铸坯内弧和外弧表层非金属夹杂物含量及粒径的趋势基本吻合。铸坯中铝系夹杂物含量:头坯>尾坯>正常坯,正常坯中铝系夹杂物含量稳定,处于非稳态浇铸期的头坯和尾坯中铝系夹杂物含量波动较大,在距铸坯表面5.6 mm之后逐渐减小;铸坯中铝系夹杂物的平均粒度和大于5μm的夹杂物所占比例均随着距铸坯表面距离的增加而减小。
The surface inclusion of IF steel, including head, normal and end slab, was studied by original position analyzer for metal (OPA). The results showed that the dis- tribution of the inclusion content and size in inner arc and outer arc were about the same. The inclusion content order in slabs was head slab ~ end slab 〉 normal slab,the inclusion content in normal slab was steady. The inclusion content was fluctuated signifi- cantly in head and end slabs casted in unsteady state period, which decreased after 5.6 mm of the surface. With the distance from the surface of slab increasing,the average size of inclusion in slabs were smaller and smaller, and the same to the percentage of inclu- sion bigger than 5 μm.
