摘要
利用在线颗粒计数仪和在线浊度仪对超低浊度(0.5 NTU以下)进水的砂滤池运行情况进行了在线监控研究。结果表明,反冲洗结束后10 min内,滤池出水浊度可降至0.1 NTU以下,粒径>2μm的颗粒物总数可降至50个/mL以下;稳定运行后,滤池出水浊度维持在0.05 NTU以下,粒径>2μm的颗粒物总数维持在30个/mL以下,滤池运行周期为48 h。当滤池出水水质发生波动时,在线颗粒计数仪比浊度仪的响应更迅速。在线颗粒数监测技术作为在线浊度监测技术的补充,可以有效提高出水的生物安全性,保障饮用水安全,为自来水厂的运行管理提供强有力的技术支撑。
The performance of a sand filter with the influent turbidity of below 0.5 NTU was moni- tored using an online turbidimeter and particle counter. The results showed that the effluent turbidity and the total particle counts of size 〉 2μm could be reduced to below 0.1 NTU and 50 particles/mL within 10 min after backwashing, and be kept below 0.05 NTU and 30 particles/mL after filter operation for 48 h respectively. Particle counter was more sensitive to the change in effluent quality than turbidimeter. As a supplement to the online turbidity monitoring technology, the online particle count monitoring technolo- gy can effectively improve the effluent safety and provide strong technical support for operation and man- agement of waterworks.
