ICSTD反应器对剩余污泥的浓缩消化研究

摘要 采用新型内循环污泥浓缩消化反应器(ICSTD)对污水处理厂剩余污泥进行浓缩消化处理,系统运行稳定后对反应器内污泥特性进行研究。结果表明:在温度为30~35℃时,污泥产气率最高为1.6m^3/m^3泥;所产沼气的甲烷含量在54%-75%之间;反应器运行期间污泥比阻从513×10^12m/kg降低到202×10^12m/kg,污泥脱水性能逐渐变好;对污泥所含元素进行分析,发现反应器消化效果较好,具有一定的脱氮效能。反应器内污泥优势菌属为鬃毛甲烷菌。 Excess sludge from a WWTP was treated by internal circulation sludge thickening and digestion (ICSTD) reactor. The characteristics of excess sludge in the reactor were investigated. The re- sults showed that at temperature from 30 ℃ to 35 ℃, the maximum gas yield was 1.6 mZ/m3 sludge. The methane in biogas was 54% to 75%. The specific resistance to filtration was reduced from 513 x 1012 m/kg to 202 x 1012 m/kg, and the sludge dewaterability gradually improved. As indicated by the results of elementary analysis, the reactor had a quite good digestion performance and some nitrogen removal a- bility. Methanosaeta was predominant species in the reactor.
