钢渣陶粒对废水中磷的吸附特性 被引量:13

摘要 对钢渣进行粉碎和烧结造粒,通过批次试验考察了其吸附除磷的特性。结果表明:钢渣陶粒的除磷效果显著,且对进水pH有较好的适应性。与颗粒内扩散模型相比,准二级动力学方程能更好地描述钢渣陶粒对磷的吸附全过程;钢渣陶粒对磷的等温吸附是以化学吸附为主的单层吸附,符合Langmuir模型,是自发、吸热的熵增型反应,升温有利于吸附的进行。 Steel slag is to be ground and sintered into haydite. Its characteristic of phosphorus adsorption has been investigated by means of batch experiments. The results show that steel slag haydite has remarkable phosphorus re- moving efficacy and pretty good adaptability to influent pH. Compared with intra-particle diffusion model, pseudo- second-order dynamics equation can describe the phosphorus adsorbing course of steel slag haydite more completely. The isotherm adsorption of steel slag haydite for phosphorus is mainly mono-layer of chemical adsorption, which is in accordance with Langmuir model. The reaction is spontaneous, endothermic and entropy increase. Temperature in- crease is good for the adsorption process.
