纳米晶型CoFe_2O_4微波制备及对氧还原催化性能

Synthesis of nanocrystalline CoFe_2O_4 by microwave treatment and its electrocatalytic performance of oxygen reduction

摘要 使用固相加热法和微波烧结法制备了尖晶石型催化材料CoFe2O4,微波加热合成的CoFe2O4为纳米晶型,结晶良好,产物纯度较高,粒径80~100 nm,以CoFe2O4为催化剂制备的空气电极在碱性条件下,-0.2 V(vs.Hg/HgO)电位,室温且空气气氛中ORR电流密度达153.2 mA/cm2,表现出优越的催化性能. Spinel-type catalysts material CoFe204 was prepared by solid-phase sintering and microwave heating methods. CoFe204 synthesized by the microwave heating was nano-crystalline with good crystallinity, high purity and particle size of 80-100 nm. The ORR current density of air electrode with CoFe204 as catalyst, under alkaline condition, at -0.2 V(vs. Hg/HgO) and at atmosphere is 153.2 mA/cm2, which proves the superior catalytic properties.
