双向半桥倍流变换器开关管电压应力分析 被引量:2

摘要 变压器的漏感会导致开关管的电压应力增加。为了减小开关管的电压应力,首先详细分析了不同功率流向时高低压侧开关管电压应力的产生机理,然后提出了过高电压应力的抑制措施,最后对电路进行了仿真并研制了一台500 W样机,给出了仿真和实验结果并对结果进行了分析。通过仿真和实验验证了对双向半桥倍流变换器分析的正确性。 The leakage inductance of transformer lead to the increase of convertor voltage. In order to reduce the voltage spike of convertor, producing mechanism of voltage spike in different power flow were discussed and the control measures of voltage spike were given. At last, the simulation of the circuit was carried out and a prototype of 500 W was developed. The simulation and experiment results were given and analyzed. The correctness of the analysis was verified by the simulation and experimental result.
