发酵原料水解率对CSTR反应器产气率影响的研究

摘要 文中以泰康镇奶牛广场的新鲜奶牛粪便为原料,对发酵原料水解率对CSTR反应器产气率的影响因素进行探索研究。采用单因素、正交试验方法,得到最优工艺条件组合:加酶量1 000 U/g;投料浓度8%;加酶时间6 h;搅拌时间8 h。 This paper, using the fresh cow manure from Taikang Diary as raw material, studied the effects of factors of hydrolysis rate of raw materials on the gas production of the CSTR reactor. Single factor test and orthogonal test were used, and the optimal process conditions : enzyme dosage 1000U/ g, feed concentration of 8%, enzyme time 6h, stirring time 8h, were obtained.
