摘要
针对某机组一次因非计划停运事件所暴露出轴承温度保护误动问题,根据本人长期从事汽轮机专业工作所积累的经验,总结分析测量设备故障和机务设备故障所具有的不同的特征和规律,提出判别金属温度异常的真伪的方法,以便为改进完善轴承金属温度保护提供参考依据。也可以抛砖引玉,用类似的方法来判别其他测量参数的异常情况,为开展设备状态检测工作开拓新思路。
