摘要 介绍了国际和国内供水管网系统漏损现状与漏损控制的主要技术手段,探讨了国际水协横向水平衡分析法在国内的应用局限,提出了纵向水平衡分析法,结合横向和纵向水平衡分析法,创造了鱼骨理论,并结合GIS平台在典型区域进行了应用示范,示范期间产销差率逐年下降,为其他城市供水管网系统漏损控制提供了技术借鉴。 The current leakage situation of international and domestic water distribution systems and the main leakage control techniques were introduced. The application limitations of the horizontal wa- ter balance analysis developed by IWA in China were discussed. The vertical water balance analysis was proposed. Combined with horizontal and vertical water balance analysis, a fishbone theory was created, and its application demonstration in a typical area was performed using GIS platform. The non-revenue water was reduced year by year during the demonstration. A technical reference was provided for leakage control of water distribution systems in other cities.
