江南水乡沿海平原城镇区域污水集散处理探讨

Discussion on Centralized and Decentralized Treatment of Regional Sewage in Water Towns at Coastal Plain in South of Yangtze River

对江南水乡沿海平原城镇目前比较关注的区域污水集中与分散处理的问题进行了分析研究,以浙江省温州市苍南县江南水乡沿海平原的舥艚片为例,论述了如何更加科学、合理地进行城镇区域污水集散处理方案的比选与确定,并提出了增加不同方案环境安全性比选的新观点。

The centralized and decentralized treatment of regional sewage in water towns at coastal plain in the South of Yangtze River was analyzed and discussed. Pacao area which belongs to Cangnan country, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province was taken to be an example to explain how to compare and se- lect a perfect treatment scheme more scientifically and suitably. Especially the environment safety was considered to be a key point to compare and judge the scheme feasibility.
