摘要
雨水控制利用工程的设计雨水量应为不透水硬化面上的雨水径流增量,依此计算的蓄水设施容积、雨水耗用设施的规模将比现行《建筑与小区雨水利用工程技术规范》减小,投资降低;雨水控制利用工程各利用方式的蓄水容积之间具有相互关联性;雨水利用工程的雨水消耗能力(入渗和回用)宜不小于雨水径流增量。给出了多种雨水控制利用方式组合应用时的目标计算要求及多参数间的相互制约关系,揭示了各利用方式的内在关系,并使得雨水控制利用工程的规模确定更具备可操作性。
The design rainfall of rainwater control and utilization project should be rainwater runoff increment in impermeable hardening surface. Compared with the formula in the Engineering Technical Code for Rain Utilization in Building and Sub-district, the capacities of water storage facilities and rainwa- ter consumption facilities defined, calculated according to the runoff increment, were reduced, and their investments were decreased. There was a correlation among water storage capacities of various utilization methods. The rainwater consumption ability (infiltration and recycle) should not be less than the rainwa- ter runoff increment. The target calculation requirements and the mutual restriction relation among multi- ple parameters when using combinations of rainwater control and utilization methods were given. The in- herent relationship of various utilization methods was revealed, and the capacity of rainwater control and utilization project could be effectively determined.
