四轴数控雕刻机控制系统的设计

Design of the Control System of a Four-axis CNC Engraving Machine

根据四轴数控雕刻机所要实现的功能,设计了以通用PC机+运动控制卡为系统控制核心的"NC嵌入通用PC机"开放式数控系统。研究了控制系统各组件的功能,并以具体零部件为例进行了控制系统的电路设计,开发出四轴数控雕刻机控制系统。

Based on the functions to be realized by a four-axis CNC engraving machine, an ＂NC Embedding Universal PC＂ open CNC system with universal PC-motion control card as the system control core is designed. The functions of each component of the control system is studied, the electric circuit of the control system is designed with specific parts as an example and a control system of a four-axis CNC engraving machine is developed.
