摘要
设计了一种新型灭火水枪,该水枪在喷水前由弹簧和蓄能器共同蓄能。当蓄能水压达到设定值1.2MPa时,通过机械式快速开关可以在极短的时间内打开喷嘴喷水;当蓄能水压小于设定的最小压力0.45MPa时开关将自动关闭继续蓄能,从而保证灭火水枪具有较高的喷水压力,达到瞬间高压喷水的目的。通过对水力参数分析计算,得出了该水枪的出水速度、流量、射程等水力参数,并建立了各水力参数与水枪工作压力及喷嘴直径间的曲线关系。本设计可提高水枪的性能及灭火效率。
A new type of fire branch is designed, with spring and an energy accumulator for joint energy storage before spraying water. When energy storage water pressure reaches the set value 1.2 MPa, nozzles can be opened to spray water by a mechanical switch in a very short time; when energy storage water pressure reaches the preset minimum pressure 0.45MPa, the switch closes automatically to continue energy storage, thereby ensuring the high water spraying pressure of the fire branch and achieving the purpose of high-pressure water spraying. Through the analysis and calculation of hydraulic parameters, such hydraulic parameters as outlet water speed, flow rate and range are obtained. The curve relationship between hydraulic parameters, fire branch working pressure and nozzle diameter is established. This design has improved the performance and fire extinguishing efficiency of the fire branch.
