摘要
广告人带着广告职业理想走入广告行业后,现实与理想的巨大落差,使他们产生了各种各样的职业困惑,对职业现状的不知所措和对职业发展的不知所往。造成这种现象的原因是多方面的,既有广告产业总体定位的"失调",也有来自广告行业的"现实的震荡",还有来自社会价值观的衡量与评判,只有从各个方面入手去发现、解决问题,才能对实现广告业人力资源建设的制度性提升起到积极的促进作用。
Along with the advertising industry ctevetopmem, ing has become booming. At this time, a special group -adman with good advertising professional ideals entered into advertising industry. In this paper, the reasons on absent state of adman are about individuals, advertising education and advertising industry. To improve this situation, according to the individual needs of their own characteristics in line with the actual career planning, and a positive attitude to face difficulties, it would require advertising education, the advertising industry as well as the whole community working together.
